In AR-HEK293 cells that stably expressed full-length hAR, ODM-201 inhibited human AR(hAR) with an IC50 of 26nM. ODM-201 inhibited the proliferation of VChemicalbookCaP cells with an IC50 of 230nM, and had no effect on the activity of tested AR-negative cell lines, DU-145 prostate cancer cells and H1581 lung cancer cells.
