NIOPOL-A1000 Wire Conditioning Agent
NIOPOL-A1000 is composed of a unique blend of cationic polymers. It confers a positive charge on pitch & stickies and prevents agglomeration of them. Consequently, they become evenly distributed into the paper fiber and are removed from the system with the sheet. A1000 sprayed on the wire makes a protective, thin layer formed on its surface which prevents contamination of the wire. NIOPOL-A1000 is used as an internal additive into stock or an anti-deposit agent onto wire.
NIOPOL-A2000 Felt Conditioning Agent
In paper that uses a large amount of filler, such as Printing/Writing paper and Facial paper, the filler doesn't settle onto the paper and escapes to the Press Part with the paper stock. It creates various problems resulting in poor dehydration by the decrease in the Felt void volume. NIOPOL-A2000 prevents pollution from metal ion scales through continuous application to Felt during operation while consecutively removing scales that are already formed on various tools or facilities that are responsible for work stability and productivity elevation.
NIOPOL-A5000 Scale Control Agent
NIOPOL-A5000 is composed of strong chelating chemicals. Niopol-A5000 inhibits scale deposition caused by metal (Ca, Mn, Al, etc.) ions in the paper making process and dramatically reduces problems from contaminants in the process equipment and on press felt. A small dosage can change water quality from hard water to soft water. The A5000 is designed for press felt, nash pump, suction roll and DIP processes. It can also remove scales at high concentrations (above 100 ppm).
NIOPOL-A6000 Pitch Control & Dispersant
NIOPOL-A6000/6100 is composed of non-ionic surfactants and chelating agents. It has great penetrability and dispersion power for pitch and stickies, especially for controlling organic contaminants. The NIOPOL-A6000 is mainly applied to the pulper, DIP, press felt or wire regardless of wet-end pH conditions.
NIOPOL-A7000 Slime Control Agent
NIOPOL-A7000 has organic sulfur-nitrogen-type derivatives, aldehyde-type derivatives and organic bromine-type derivatives. These products are formulated for fast control against bacteria, yeast, fungi and algae. The NIOPOL-A7000 is completely miscible with water and easily dispersed into polluted water. Applied to the broke tank, chest, save-all and white water tank, the NIOPOL-A7000 can be added continuously or periodically based on the level of contamination.
NIOPOL-A8000 High Efficiency Scale Control Agent
NIOPOL-A8000 is a water soluble polymer compound and has an excellent scale inhibitory action to high-hardness water systems that are more than 1000 ppm. Its performance is excellent for inhibiting insoluble calcium scales such as Calcium Oxalate and Calcium Sulfonat. It can inhibit strong Al and Si ion scales. NIOPOL-A8000 is an economically excellent product has good water-softening ability if used in small quantities.
