Samhwa's Desuperheater-Venturi Type produces saturated steam (or gas) or low pressure/low temperature steam (or gas) from superheated steam (or gas) or high pressure/high temperature steam (or gas) by injecting water or liquid directly into the steam.

Water or liquid supplied to Desuperheater is injected as small drops through Orifice nozzle or Atomizing steam. These water or liquid drops are designed to be saturated rapidly without noise or vibration.

Single Venturi Type: If Steam and water inject through the Venturi Nozzle which is installed in the center of body, steam and water are mixed instantaneously and is completely saturated. Double Venturi Type: If Steam and water inject through the Venturi shape body and another venturi nozzle which is installed in the center of the body, powerful turbulent will occur.

Therefore, compared to Single Venturi Type, the rapid mixing and uniform temperature can be obtained. Steam Atomizing Type:

Venturi Nozzle in the heart of body by providing Atomizing Steam additionally, maximize the mixing efficiency with more powerful jet of water and Steam.
