2、In beverage whiteners, the use of DATEM can enhance the feathering stability and improve whiteness of whiteners.
3、In salad dressings and sauces, it can be used as stabilizer to improve stability.
4、It can be used as carriers of solvents for colors and food anti-oxidants.

Storage & Transportation:
Sealed and stored in the low temperature, dry, cool and well-ventilated place, in order to prevent from moisture and caking. Strictly forbid storing and trasporting with materials that is explorsive, combustible or deleterious. The shelf life is 12 months.
