1). The head of the machine can rotate 360 degree, it allows to vertical,

Horizontal, and inclined cutting.

2). The head of the machine can move 350mm horizontally(right or left), easy to keep the flywheel in line with the cutting slot without moving the machine

3). This system has the automatic control function for the machine's movement, the parameter can be set according to the requirement of working condition of the diamond wire saw machine; The traveling speed of the machine can be adjusted automatically according to the change of load at cutting state. To keep the normal working life of the diamond wire, "the offset limit" adjustment (to keep the feeding speed constant at a certain electric current range), the parameter of the filtering time of electric current fluctuation signal is specially set, to ensure the smooth movement of the machine when it is working, make the diamond wire at the optimal tension of working condition.

4). This system has protection function as following: Water flow inspecting (the machine will alarm and reduce its speed and finally stop automatically when coolant water running out or deficient).

5). The "normal movement", "quick forward movement", "quick backward movement" functions are also can be set in the feeding control system of the machine, so it is very quick and convenient to adjust the position of the machine at the beginning of cut or when machine is empty load.

6). This system has the wire-broken protection function, if the diamond wire broken unexpectedly when it is working, the system will alarm within 8 seconds (setting the time delay with purpose of the machine could be start easy next time and preventing wrong operation ), and reduce the moving speed of the machine until it stops.

7). This system uses the special developed frequency inverter to let the driving motor of big flywheel possess the zero-speed empty load electric current after it starts, that is to say, the driving motor of big flywheel is at zero speed after press down the start button, there is an empty load torque on the output shaft of the driving motor, to ensure no impulsion electric current when it starts, so the machine can be started smoothly.

8). This system has multi-protection functions against over loading, empty loading, over electric current, over voltage, defective voltage and so on.
