Pathogen information

Tuberculosis (TB) is one of deadly infectious disease which is causing pathogenesis of 8 million and death of 2 million in each year. Infected mycobacterium tuberculosis from outside is parasitizing in the host cell, and is under attack by immune system. There is a prevention method, BCG(Gacille Calmette Guerin) TB vaccination, but its disadvantage is that it causes diagnostic error for the actual TB infectious patient due to showing the positive result in tuberculin test.
