Description
" DCP-A", Ortho phosphate and white crystal type fine powder, is widely used in the processing of various kinds of food, pharmaceutical and industrial products.
It is mainly used for calcium agent and anti-caking agent of the foodstuffs and the pharmaceutical products and also, available to detergent, glass, plastic, dye, etc..

Properties : - Tasteless, odorless. Easily melted in hydrochloric acid and nitric acid.
- Melted in citric acid and acetic acid. Slightly melted in water containing CO2 gas.
- Lose a combined water at 109 °C and become anhydrous form.
- Converted into calcium pyrophosphate at 250 ~ 400 °C.

Recommended Usage / Applications
For foodstuffs :
- Nutritional enrichment and quality improvement of bread, confectionery, cereal, grain products, etc..
- Ingredient of yeast food. Gelling agent of carrageenan, alginates.
For industrial use :
- Manufacturing of a milky white glass. Hardening agent of plastic.
- Dispersion agent of dye. Supplementary agent of detergent.
For pharmaceutical use :
- Polishing agent of tooth.
- Nutritional supplementary agent for enriched mineral(Ca and P).
Storage
The product shall be stored in a clean, dry & cool area protected from exposure to moisture, foreign odors and other contaminants.
Shelf-Life
Within 2 years from the date of manufacturing.
Packaging
50 lbs(22.7kg), 55lbs(25kg) in kraft bag with a polyethylene liner inside.
