2.Q: What happens if a product is damaged while intransit?
A: Any physical damage while in transit will becovered by the seller's DOA policy and will be replacedfree of charge. Any misuse/physical damage of the product whilein the customer's possession will void all and anywarranty.
3.Q: What is your payment terms?
A: For sample:T/T, West Union;
For production: T/T (30%deposit and 70% balance before shipment) , at sight irrevocableL/C
4.Q: What would the delivery time be?
A: Regularly 45 days after order confirmed, or wecan talk details case by case.
5.Q: Could you accept OEM and ODM?
A:OEM and ODM could be accepted, packing could bedesigned as customer preference.
