The double spiral freezer is a highly efficient freezing system that can freeze large quantity of products in limited place. It takes small footprint but provides larger capacity. Efficient evaporator: equipped with aluminum alloy evaporator, aluminum tubes and fins, makes the heat exchange efficiency 20% higher than traditional freezers. Easy access and cleaning.
Stainless steel conveyor belt: food grade and high-strength SUS304 stainless steel, flat surface, minimum belt mark on products. There are baffle edges on both sides of belt, which can prevent the products from dropping down.
Polyurethane insulated enclosure: double-sided 0.5 mm SUS304, sealed enclosure with good insulation.
Symmetrical and circulative airflow: minimize product weight loss; lower cold loss, improve freezing efficiency.
Intelligent control system: PLC touch screen, easy opertation. Real-time display of IQF running status, automatic mode and manual mode to choose. Equipped with conveyor belt overturn sensor, belt induction regulator, special warning device, and emergency stop button.
