PRODUCTION PROCESSES

RAW MATERIAL ENTRANCE

The products obtained from their natural

environment are evaluated following the results of

input and quality control report and the production

process begins when applicable.

FUMIGATION

Each product is subjected to fumigation process to

be purified from insects, bugs and harmful

microorganisms caused from external factors.

This process prevents spoilage. Also, it provides

products to remain fresh in sanitary conditions.

GRADING

Within this process, each product is filtered out

and classified by sizes. All products are classified

from 1 to 10 in compliance with the TS 541

standards and then they proceed to the next

process.

CONTROL WITH UV

Each product are checked by the ultraviolet ray

under the control of qualified personnel. The

risk-bearing products are graded. The proper

products proceed to the next process.

LAB TESTS

The relevant tests are performed on products in lab unit andchecked if eligible to TS 541

standards or not.

PROCESING AND FORMING

Within this process, the products are aesthetically re-formed bythe qualified personnel with

caution according to the various processing and forming requestsof the customers.

FINAL QUALITY CONTROL

The products completing all processes are controlled in terms ofsuitability to international

standards and Turkish Food Codex for the last time before passingto packaging unit.

PACKAGING AND PACKING

The products packaged under hygienic conditions are subjected tocellophane process.

STORAGES

Following the packaging process, the products are stored underproper product storage

conditions. The final quality control is performed on theproducts and then they become

suitable for shipment

LOGISTICS

The domestic and abroad logistics processes of the storedproducts are completed in

compliance with the transportation and shipment instructions.
