Features
SDU is a dry bearing that has a solid lubricants layer composed of metal, inorganic and resin on it, and sintered porous bronze layer on steel sheet. SDU is perfect oilless bearing with low-frictional dry lubrication because the lubricants layer contacts directly with the counterpart sliding plane. SDX is a dry bearing that consists of wear-resistant resin layer with lubricant oil pockets on it and sintered porous bronze layer on steel sheet. SDX is designed to operate in the semi-lubricated condition of oilless and oiling states. SDU and SDX bearings are suitable for the applications required miniatures and lightness with structures that are difficult to supply lubricant oil. They constrain for applications which require the hardness of bearing layer.
Description
A multi-layered self-lubricating bearing consisting of a PTFE layer, a sintered bonrze layer and a steel backing Totally lubrication-less use Excellent frictional characteristics in high load applications Superior wear resistance assuring a long service life Thin wall enabling compact design Simpler construction and lower price Standard products available in a variety of sizes
