ELASTOSIL R 757/60 Vulcanizates of ELASTOSIL R 757/60 possess excellent resistance to hot air, particularly after addition of heat stabilizer. The material shows good tear resistance, low compression set, and high elasticity. Appliance cables in accordance with UL 758, 250 ºC rating. good mechanical properties; good rheological properties; outstanding heat stability.
ELASTOSIL R 760/70 is a peroxide curing silicone rubber with very high green-strength, which enhances calendering and extrusion performance significantly. Uncured extruded hoses show high dimension stability and non-sticky surface. The addition of heat stabilizers at service temperatures of more than 180 °C is recommended.
ELASTOSIL R 770/50 OH is a peroxide curing HCR silicone for the manufacture of flame retardant products. This product can be used within a temperature range of - 55 °C to + 210 °C. The addition of heat stabilizers at service temperatures of more than 180 °C is recommended.
