TG4016 is one component room temperature curing silicone ,well-heat-spread, have strong adhesion, dielectricity and thermal conductivity; as reinforced neutral elastic silicone, have good high low temperature resistance after curing, working temperature -60~250℃. Long term using without shedding,and then won't be contact gap; Have good adhesion strength, shearing strength ≥20kg/c ㎡, peel strength≥6kg/㎝; water and fire resistance, weather resistance, aging resistance. Non-toxic, unscented, non-corrosiveness, have stable physical and chemical properties, have long service life.
