The Entel DX485 is an advanced digital and analogue walkie-talkie radio. It offers super-clear audio and is IP68-rated and so is submersible. Perhaps the most important and useful feature is the ability to talk selectively to other individual radio users, and to define multiple "groups" of users and to call them, as well as to do the usual "talk to everyone on the same channel".
