Description
enviCloneDual Static and Cyclic (Dynamic) Mechanical Load Tester or Testing Machine is a specially designed for IEC61215 standard MQT16, MQT20 clauses and IEC 62782 to test impact resistance of photovoltaic modules solar panels. By arranging multiple cylinders on the surface of the component, the cylinders can expand and contract to exert tension and pressure on the surface of the component. During the test, the pressure, temperature, and internal conductivity of each cylinder can be monitored in real time.

Load applcation method: the cylinder drives the suction cup to press and suck; Mechanical load material and structure: Made of aluminum alloy hot extruded profiles, movable aluminum alloy frame, each screw connection needs to have spring washers to prevent loosening; A new tracking base is added to the traditional base for the installation of the tracking bracket. The tracking base has a short span and multiple supports to ensure stability during the test process; The test platform is 800mm from the ground by default and can be adjusted to 760 or 780mm through the guide rail; Each suction cup structure includes a cylinder, suction cup, pull pressure gauge, etc., making control more convenient; The pressure of each cylinder can be controlled individually to achieve different load values in different areas of the component; Industrial computer control and recording, large data storage capacity; Pressure, tension, holding time, number of cycles, cycle frequency, and current size can be preset; Pressurization time can be set;
