It shows superb adhesive strength with Polyimide Film including the metals such as Copper foil, Aluminum. It has outstanding flexibility when it is harden. Incombustibility UL 94 –V0 Excellent workability (Low viscosity) Saving safety is guaranteed. (More then 3 months in room temperature) It is being applied to Metal PCB and Package PCB petals, which need radiant heat feature. Heat conductivity : 0.3 ~ 2W/m.K
