Product Description
The shell bucket (also called grab bucket and shell bucket) is divided into two types: hydraulic slewing and non-hydraulic slewing. The shell bucket without hydraulic slewing adopts the oil circuit of excavator bucket cylinder without adding hydraulic valve block and pipeline; the shell bucket with hydraulic slewing needs to add a set of hydraulic valve block and pipeline to control. The cylinder is equipped with piston protection device.
Product features:
1. Large hydraulic closing force, in the excavation work, can maintain a constant closed digging force, to have more excellent digging characteristics. It can be mounted on the small arm end by rigid connection device, which can ensure reliable operation and use the oil circuit of the hydraulic cylinder of the digging bucket to supply oil to the grapple.
2. Hydraulic cylinder protection function is available. Constant clamping force can be maintained throughout the clamping process, resulting in superior clamping characteristics. With a wide pivot distance, the gripper has a large clamping range and clamping volume.
3. The compact structure is designed to ensure a large carrying height.
4. The edge of the grab is made of wear-resistant high-strength plate, thus ensuring a long service life, a wide pivot distance, and a large grab volume; when the grab is closed, it has a very flat raised curve, thus ensuring that damage to the cabin and deck surfaces can be avoided when unloading from a ship's cabin, train, or car. Compared with ordinary hydraulic grabs, the life expectancy can be increased by more than 50%.
Shell bucket application.
1. Foundation excavation, deep pit excavation and loading of mud, sand, coal and gravel for building foundation.
2. Especially suitable for excavation and loading on the side of ditch or restricted space.
3. Suitable for loading and unloading of ships, trains and automobiles.
