Vibration Transmitter YKFB-YB40
ZMFB-YB40 is a vibration transmitter used for real-time monitoring of vibration of rotating machinery bearing, also known as integrated vibration sensor, with explosion-proof structure. It is a kind of absolute vibration measurement of the machine, which can be installed on the bearing seat or housing of the machine to monitor the machine in real time. At the same time, the two-wire system outputs 4-20 mA current signal, which can be directly supplied to PLC or DCS and other control systems in the control room. If there is a machine fault caused by bearing wear, bearing cracking, poor dynamic balance and no medium factors, the integrated vibration transmitter can detect the fault in advance and send an alarm to prevent the machine from continuing to work under bad conditions and damage. This type of integrated vibration transmitter is a vibration transmitter integrating vibration sensor and signal regulating circuit, which can directly transform the vibration signal collected in the field into 4 ~ 20mA current signal output. The output signal can be directly transmitted to PLC, DCS monitor, collector, recorder or other monitoring equipment.
