The extruder machine has been specifically designed by AtiyesazanNegin Faraz Co. for production of highly-digestible feed forlivestock, poultry, and aquatic animals. The machine works usingsteam and extremely high pressure (200 bar). Therefore,hydrocarbons are broken down under high pressure. Hydrocarbonsdecomposition improves the digestibility of feed, sterilizes it,and increases its shelf-life.

Atiye Sazan Negin Faraz Company extruders are supplied in twomodels, i.e. single-shaft and double-shaft. The machines aremanufactured in different capacities from 1 ton to 20tons perhour (t/h) in accordance with the consumer’s needs. Extrudermachine contains a homogenizer-feeder tank, and DDC, all of whichare made of stainless steel material for food industries, and areequipped with electric motors with special drives, gearboxes, aset of cylinders, shafts, screws, and a set of cutters togetherwith PLC system, and control panel.
