Producing Process:

l Tooling (Mold) design and Manufacture

l Manufacture the parts according to the Stamping Machine.

l Riveting, Welding, or Screw tap according to Customer's requirements.

l After finish the manufacturing process we will test the parts by the Image measurement instrument, Caliper, Angel Gage etc.

l After make sure all the dimensions can reach the customer's requirements, we will make the surface treatment process.

l After finish surface treatment we will testing all the parts by the worker so that we can make sure the parts which we sell are 100% qualified.

l After finish testing we will pack the parts by Vacuum Package Machine.

Manufacturing Process

Laser cutting / NCT / Punching, sharping, bending, threading, welding, polishing, tapping, riveting, surface finishing, assembly, packing.

Raw Material

Stainless steel, SPCC/SGCC, copper/brass, Iron plate, Galvanized sheet, Pickling board, aluminum for option (according to customer's requirements for special material)

Surface Treatment

Galvanized (zinc-plated, nickel-plated, chrome-plated, silver-plated),

powder coating/oil painting, polishing (mirror polishing, electrolytic polishing),

brushing, sandblasting, hot-dip galvanized.
