FEHONG wear resistant steel plates are manufactured by welding the chromium carbide alloy onto a mild steel base plate.

**The chromium carbide alloy (wear-resistant layer, overlay) contains up to 35% chrome and up to 5.5% carbon which makes it extremely hard and wear-resistant.

**The mild steel base plate has toughness, easy welding performance, supports the alloy layer, bears structural stress, and connects with other parts.

**The welding process is automatic open arc welding.
