Properties:
According to the carbon content, it can be divided into: High-carbon ferro manganese (7% carbon), medium carbon ferro manganese (1.0 ~ 1.5% carbon) low carbon ferro manganese (0.5% carbon), and micro-carbon ferro manganese.
Applications:
In the steelmaking, it is used as the oxygen absorber and alloys additives, and is the largest amount of iron alloy.
Micro-carbon ferromanganese can optimize alloy, improve steel's inherent quality, and lower the cost of steel alloys.
Low-carbon and medium carbon ferromanganese are the raw materials of stainless steel, high temperature heat-resistant steel, structural steel, tool steel, special steel and major welding materials.
High-carbon ferromanganese can also be used in the production of low-carbon ferromanganese.
