Rotary Inlet Feeding Table:

Feeding table is applied before the filling machine to supply the packaging material (bottles, jars or etc.) to the filling & capping & labeling line more easily and conveniently. The speed of the table rotation might be adjusted. The feeding table is completely produced from stainless steel.

Filling Machinery:

- By taking the characteristics of the products into consideration, the most suitable filling machine is to be offered. Volumetric system filling machines for the products with low fluidity such as honey or molasses or load cell filling machines for the high weight products or filling machines with servo motor (to be able to make the filling from the bottom to prevent that foaming occurs) for the foaming products are applied.

- There is a wide variety of products ranging from single head or double head manuel filling machines for the enterprises with low capacity to full automatic filling machines up to the capacity of 3.500 units/hour for the enterprises with high capacity.

- Full Automatic Filling Machines might be produced from two-nozzle to eight-nozzle depending on the capacity requirement of the purchaser.

Capping Machinery:

- Capping machines are the machines closing the plastic or metal screw caps, metal twist-off caps, push-on caps, trigger caps and dispenser caps.

- Capping machines are easily integrated to the filling machines. The filled bottles or jars coming from the filling machine are capped by this machine.

- Depending on the type of the cap and the customer's request, the feeding of the caps is done manually by hand and one worker only puts the caps onto the bottles or the jars while they are moving on the conveyor or the caps are automatically put onto the bottles with the help of automated vibrated cap feeding tank.

- When the packaging material is changed from one to another, the diameter of the cap, the height and the width of the packaging material are adjusted easily.

- Torque adjustment is easy to make for different type of caps.

- The capping machine with changing capacities up to the capacity of 3.500 units/hour might be produced.
