Non-woven cloth, also known as non-woven fabrics, are made of oriented or random fibers. It is called cloth because of its appearance and some properties. The non-woven filter cloth is made of polyester and polypropylene fiber. It is made of needled, combed and woven fabric interlayers in the center of the cloth, then after through two-way core processing, air flow into a mesh, needled and combined into a cloth, the filter cloth has a three-dimensional(3D) structure. After heat setting and singeing, it is treated with chemical oil agent on the surface to make it smooth and even distribution of micropores. Observing the surface of the filter cloth, the pore density is good and both sides are bright and clean. It is proved that the product can be used in high pressure, and its filtration accuracy is up to 4 microns. For the non-woven filter cloth production, we can adopt two kinds of raw materials, polypropylene and polyester, according to the requirement of users.
