Q1: Are you manufacturer or trading company?

A1: We are manufacturer mainly focusing on auto suspension systems with more than 10 years experience, and our team are professional in international trade.

Q2: What is the warranty for your products?

A2: All products are gone through strict test by our experienced QC before delivery. Usually we offer 1 year warranty. During the warranty time, if any quality problem, we will be fully responsible for it.  

Q3: what is the delivery time?

A3: Within 7 days for sample order, 15 days for mass production.

Q4: What is your terms of payment?

A4: 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery  

Q5:Do you have any MOQ limit?

A5: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available. Special price will be offered for wholesale order.  

Q6: How do your factory control quality?

A6: Before delivery, all our products must pass through no less 4 times inspection from raw material, finished products,products appearance and function.

Q7: The prices shown on your website are exact prices?

A7: The prices on the website are just for your reference, please contact us to get good discount.

Q8: What is the term of packing?

A8: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral boxes and cartons.If you need the original packages or customized packages, our side will be in accordance with your requirement of replacement packing.
