So we used different material according to that point to make sure the life of the mold. The material of the mold have P20, 2083,s136,DC53.W302, NAK80,H13 and so on. The material is separately from GERMANY ,JAPAN , SWIZTERLAND, AUSTRIA. The guarantee of the mould is 7 MILLION shot times. 2.All the heat system and accessories of the mould is adopted high quality products which is bought from domestic and over-sea famous factory.3.Reasonable mould frame and consummate cooling system enormously improve the speed of the mold. The cycle time of the mould is only 4.5-6seconds to used with the cap special injection molding machine. It increases the output of the mould.
