With a virgin foamed polyethylene core and outer skins. Density of the foamed core material is 0.85g/cm ³ ,which makes the composite panels much lighter than normal aluminum composite panel with recycle or virgin LDPE core.

Easier cutting and save your blades as virgin core in foamed structure.

Panel thickness can upto 8mm.Aluminum thickness in the ranges 0.10mm--0.50mm.
