TECHNOLOGY VC + ESR
VC casting is carried out under vacuum in a vacuum degassing unit.

FORGING
Typical forging reductions for work rolls is 3:1, to avoild the loose structure defect,optimize the microstructure.Forged Rod Blanks Standard GB/T15547-2012.QUENCHING and MACHINEAutomatic control induction heating power, stable quenching heating temperature.Quenching by Constant temperature cooling water, steady quenching cooling intensity.Multi-heating induction rings design to ensure the heating depth and meet the customer 's Working Layer Requirements.
TSR Roll has a machining shop of more than 15.000 square meters, including the lathe, boring machine, grinding machine and other modern processing equipment for rolls. Thanks for the first-class operator working on high-precision CNC equipment, it is easy to produce the rolls with various kinds of grooves and precise tolerances.
