Generally, the hardness of 65Mn is below HRC20, the hardness after heat treatment can reach more than duHRC60, and the hardness after quenching is generally around HRC62. The hardness of the general leaf spring of the automobile is between HRC40-55, and different hardness is required according to the different models of passenger cars, SUVs, off-road vehicles, military vehicles, trucks and other models.
