IQF lychee uses the IQF Refrigeration System, also known as the super-speed freezing system of bulk products to freeze. The IQF symbol stands for Individual Quickly Freezer. This system uses slow-moving conveyor belts. During the movement, the product to be frozen will be exposed to cold air at a lower temperature. This system helps to minimize water loss of lychee fruit, helping the product retain its original shape, meeting industrial hygiene standards.
IQF Dragon fruit is exported to China, the USA, Korea… and used for cocktails and sweet soups.
