人参皂苷（Ginsenoside）是人参及其同属植物(三七、西洋参等)的主要药理活性成份，目前已分离出40余种人参皂苷单体。人参皂苷CK属二醇型皂苷，它在天然人参中的含量极低，但它是其它含量较高人参皂苷Rb1和Rb2等在人体肠道内的主要降解产物和最终吸收形式，具有很高的生物活性。
