Firstly, silicone oil leakage is less than 5%by test standard of ASTM D120. Maybe some people laugh at us whydo you release the true report? Customers don’t know the detail.We don’t provide fake data and never. Test report showed thatXK-S20’s oil leakage is half of CGW-2’s.
Secondly, Pressure and compression. 30% ofcompression under 40psi, it’s tested by universal mechanicalinstrument. During the test, GLPOLY R&D supervisor found thatthis test standard is not fit for compression test. GLPOLY drewup a scheme for compression test, it is not only considered ascorporate standard, but also industry standard.
Thirdly, viscosity. This is one of mostconcerned points. Viscosity affects quality and dispensing speedof thermal gap filler. Once, one of our customers said GLPOLYXK-S20’s viscosity of 320pas is too high, and requested us todecrease the value to 240 pas which CGW-2 provides. ActuallyCGW-2 provides a viscosity of 330 pas, “maybe there is differencebetween test instrument or given revolution .” We discussed thiswith customer. When we contrast the data, we need to understandor make clear if there is any difference between customer’s teststandard or instrument and ours.
