ZQ4200 is designed to cut strip upon printed mark. It’s a ideal machine for glucose strips researchers and manufacturer. Its optical sensor could identify printed mark to avoid cumulative error. Cutting speed, quantities could be easily defined via four lines LED keyboard. It could also cut Lateral Flow strip and Immunoblot strips when the mode function was turned on. In that case, it can cut 450times/min at precision ±0.05mm.

ZQ4200 with Irregular-shaped cut is coming now. Glucose strip with round corner could be cut with high speed without cumulative error. Any irregular shaped could be designed and related blades set could be tailor made.
