1. Q: Are you trading company or factory?

A: Normally, our products are customized base on the customers' requirements, so the price volatility is relatively large, it will be better that let me know your request so that I can recommend some products to you, or please let me know which models you need.
3. Q: What's your payment terms?
A: T/T or Cash, 30% deposit when order confirmed, remaining 70% paid before delivery ( If the total amount under $10000, must be paid 100% when order confirmed.)
4. Q: May I have the samples? Are samples free?
A: Of course, we can offer samples to you, but the sample cost and freight cost need to be paid by your side. Sample cost could be returned after confirmed bulk order.
5. Q: What's your MOQ?
A : It depends on what kind of products you need, like MOQ of coaxial speaker is 1000 pairs, MOQ of subwoofer box enclosure is 500 pcs and so on.
6. Q: What is your terms of packing?
A: Giftbox or brown box. Our designer will help you to design your own brand giftbox, T-yoke sticker and master carton according to your request, or you can design by yourself.
7. Q: What is your terms of delivery and delivery time?
A: 1. EXW, FOB, CIF and so on.
2. Delivery time is 3-5 days for samples and 30-45 days for order.
8. Q: Is your product environmentally friendly? Is any certification available?
