Reducer is an indispensable part for connecting pipes of different sizes and diameters in pipeline equipment.Its varieties have Concentric Reducer R(C) and Eccentric Reducer R(E).When the flow of fluid in the pipeline changes, such as increase or decrease, and the flow rate requirements do not change much, reducing pipe should be used. At the inlet of the pump, reducing pipes are needed to prevent cavitation.And meters, such as flow meter, regulating valve joint, in order to match with the meter joint, also need to use reducing pipe.

Processing method: The shrinkage forming process of the big head is to put the tube blank equal to the diameter of the big end of the big head into the forming die, and press the metal along the axial direction of the tube blank to move along the cavity and shrink forming. According to the size of reducing tube, it can be divided into one pressing forming or multiple pressing forming.
