Grade A+ Railway sleepers are Azobe – grown in the African Tropics, it is one of the hardest and heaviest woods in the world, also known as Iron Wood. The sleepers are untreated making them suitable for all kinds of interior and exterior landscaping uses, including places where treated sleepers would not be suitable such as veg beds, children’s play areas or near watercourses

Grade A, B and C Railway Sleepers contain creosote and onward use must comply with the 2003 Creosote Legislation.
