Titanium blocks are made by forging. Heated in high tempreture and after repeated forging, forged titanium have better microstructure and higher strength. The blocks can be forged in square or rectangle shapes. After forging, further value added service such as lathe, groove, cnc , wire/laser/linear cutting are also available.
