4. Process FRP pipe installation and maintenance costs are low. Generally speaking, FRP pipe does not require special anti-corrosion treatment; the insulation layer can be thinned, or even no additional insulation treatment; the pipeline is relatively light, the lifting equipment is small in tonnage, and the power consumption is low. The length of FRP pipes is longer than that of cement pipes and cast iron pipes, and the joints are relatively reduced, which will reduce installation and maintenance costs. 5. The design flexibility of process FRP pipes is large, and the modification period is short. FRP is made of fiber reinforced material impregnated with a resin matrix, wound layer by layer on a core mold according to specific process conditions and properly cured.
