BRIEF INTRODUCTION

Halquinol is an antimicrobial compound belonging to the group of hydroxyl-quinolines, which is a combina-tion of:5-Chloro-8-hydroxyquinoline, 5,7-Dichloro-8-hydroxyquinoline and 7-Chloro-8-hydroxyquinoline

When administrated orally,Halquinol exerts its antibacterial activity in the digestive tract. In addition, Halquinol depresses the activity of the gastro-intestinal tract, causing longer transit time of feed through the intestine, thereby enhancing digestion and absorption of nutrients.

INDICATION

This product is indicated for use in poultry and swine as a growth promoter, and for controlling diarrhea or wet droppings.
