Hankal Bean Paste with Spicy Green Peppers

Bean Paste with Spicy Green Pepper, which is made by mixing chopped onions, crushed garlic, and shiitake mushroom powder at a golden ratio based on traditional aged soybean paste and chopped cheongyang red peppers, can be used as a sauce or ssamjang (Korea's representative sauce). This is a convenient multipurpose seasoned soybean paste that can be used as a sauce when you have meat and cook soybean paste stew or thick soybean paste stew.
