Overview

High-low temperature coolant test system for motors is specially used for thermal and hydro mechanical test on permanent magnet synchronous motors, switched reluctance motors, asynchronous motors and their controllers of new energy vehicles. Two type of cooling way: oil cooled or water cooled.

Applications:

1: High temperature destruction test, to test the demagnetization property and the lubrication reliability of motors under high temperature.

2: High temperature start-up test, to test motor's low-power performance under high temperature

3: High temperature running test, to test motor's long-time running performance under high temperature

4: Thermal performance test, to test the heat dissipation of motor' s cooling system

5: Variable temperature test, to test motor's performance under different temperatures

6: Thermal fatigue test, to test the reliability and stability of motor after long-time running

7: Pressure drop test and flow resistance test, to test the inner resistance of motor coolant.
