A highly efficient device for evaporation and distillation that uses scraper system to force the liquid film forming. It features high heat transfer efficiency, fast evaporation speed and short material residence time.

It consists of one or more cylinders with a heating jacket and a scraper rotating inside the cylinder. The wiper continuously scrapes the feed on the heated surface into a uniform thickness liquid film and moves it downwards. During this process, the low-boiling components are evaporated and the residue is discharged from the bottom of the evaporator.

Thin film evaporator is used in pharmaceutical, food, petrochemical, environmental protection, etc.

Other sizes can be customized according to requirements.

The operating temperature can reach 300 C.

Limit system pressure:0.5 mbar.
