Kayseri province of Turkey is widely accepted to be the home of the best authentic Turkish pastrami. Our original pastrami is meticulously made from %100 entrecote beef and then dried and seasoned under strict hygienic conditions.
The packaged product contains 130gr of hand-sliced pastrami and is preserved in a modified atmosphere package (MAP technique).

Additives: No additives used.
Spices: Can be adjusted according to the customer's demands mostly consisting of Salt, cemen grass, red pepper, cumin, and garlic.
