PET biaxial welding geogrid takes polyester as the main material, adds antiaging agent and other additives, and is mechanically stretched into refined ribs at low magnification. It is a geosynthetic material formed by special ultrasonic welding at right angles to the plane's longitude and latitude. According to the project needs, different mesh diameters, rib widths, and thicknesses are used to change the tensile force of the ribs. The tensile force is borne by the warp and weft braided polyester ribs, which produce a very high tensile modulus under low strain capacity. The longitudinal and transverse ribs work together to give full play to the grid's interlocking effect on the soil.
PET biaxial welding geogrid is characterized by high strength, low breaking tensile rate and small creep coefficient. Temperature resistance range of - 70 ℃~180 ℃. Its ultraviolet resistance and microbial corrosion performance are excellent. This product can also increase the bearing capacity of the road (ground) foundation, prolong the service life of the road (ground) foundation, and prevent the collapse or cracks of the road (ground) surface.
