HIVETECKSⓇ RAISED FLOOR SYSTEM is a marine floating floor system with constructing lightweight aluminum honeycomb panel with joinery system. Not like a typical marine floating system like rock-wool and gavalized steel plates, Hivetecks Raised Floor System make obvious layer difference in bars, restaurants, spas in public space or wheel house application or fast open floor panel for military CRC room floor applicatons.

This product make a vessel lightweight With steel frame with this raised floor system or Durability of our adhesive strength is continuously developing the products in order to meet customer needs and class requirements considering design, easy installation, fire protection and sound properties.

Honeycomb panel is consists of strain-hardened hexagonal shape of honeycomb core and two sheets of metal surfaces. Its high strength to weight ratio and excellent resistance to deflection so it can make walling, ceilings, partition wall and various kinds of furniture application in maritime vessels.

On the panel, many surface treatment can be applied on-site PVC or rubber sheet sheet and many customer's choice of varieties.

Feature

• Normal aluminum skins are used in 0.8 mm thickness for mill-finish skins. Aluminum skins are minimum

of 0.5 mm and up to 3.0 mm thickness. However, this specification depends on the customers requirements

and its applications.

• Aluminium sheets of front and back skin are 3003 or 5052 industrial alloy for maximum strength.

• Easy and fast installation on severe job site in ship building yards
