1. Store in Freezer one hour before use 2. While using apply on affected area after covering the pack in a thin towel. 3. Remove pack for a while if application becomes uncomfortable. |
AS A HOT PACK(For Temporary Relief Of Aching Muscles & Joints) |
1. Bring pack to room temperature if already kept in freezer 2. Put in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Quantity of water Must be enough to immerse the pack completely 3. Wrap in thin towel before applying to the affected area, if Heat is bearable then only direct application. |
