5. Surface finish and other properties

5.1 Surface finish a. The material shall be free from pinholes and tearing; b.The material shall be free waves and buckles; c. The slit edges must be free from burrs and shall be straight and parallel.
5.2 Depth of Curvature In any length or width of 1 meter of the material,the depth of arc shall not exceed 2 mm.
6. Packing,Shipping and others

6.1 Packing To be packed in wooden boxes with card board and cutting with paper core in-between the coil max package weight 1500 kgs
6.2 Inner and outer diameter Inner diameter 100/150/200/250/300/400/500mm can be optional based on product spec. and quantity,max outer diameter shall not exceed 1700mm
6.3 Rolled core material Paper,aluminum,iron or none can be optional based on product specification or  requirements
6.4 Coil orientation Coil orientation in clockwise direction and eye to sky,anticloclwise can be optional
6.5 Packing way Horizontal or vertical packing can be optional based on product specification and transfer safety
6.6 Marking Each box to be legibly marked with the name of the manufacturer or supplier, the alloy designation of material,condition,dimensions and weight
6.7 Shipping tools Ship goods by van to departune port then by sea to desitination port
6.8 Quantity variation ±10% variation with order quantity shall be acceptable
