With only 0.08ºC/w thermal resistance in a compact package as part of our OCP-150, HS-008 has nickel plated three heat pipes soldered in

nickel plated heat sink base. The heat pipes significantly improves heat spreading performance, making HS-008 a perfect solution for highly

concentrated (high heat flux) heat sources such as high power laser

diodes, IGBTs, microprocessors, and power converter modules.

The two powerful fans are cocealed in air duct to reduce noise

significantly.
