2.Technologies and plants for producing H2 by steam reforming of light hydrocarbon (natural gas / dry gas)

Capacity: 50~20×104 Nm3/h

Raw materials: Natural gas, light naphtha, LPG, propane, raffinate, reforming topped oil, FCC dry gas, hydro-treating unit dry gas, coker off-gas, and other kinds of material that contain C1-C5 light hydrocarbon component.

Technical characteristics:

Steam reforming of light hydrocarbon and PSA purification process can obtain high purity hydrogen and high conversion rate of raw material.

The process is simple and convenient for start-up and shut-down.

Reformer type: box type (applicable for large scale); cylinder type (applicable for small scale); container type Skid-mounted reformer (applicable for extra-small scale).

Case accomplishment: About 150 units have been put into operation or under construction, with a capacity range from 50 Nm3/h (skid-mounted type) to 80000 Nm3/h, having the most accomplished cases among competitors.
