IPX1 and IPX2 Vertical Rain Drip Box Waterproof Testing Equipment (Frame Type)
Introduction:
IPX1-2 Vertical Rain Drip Box Waterproof Testing Equipment is designed according to IEC60529 clause 14.2.1 and 14.2.2. It is applied to simulate the conditions of vertically dripping and dripping with 15 degrees tilted, and then to check if the products ( electronics, luminaire, electric components, auto parts and etc.) can meet the requirements. The equipment can be customized according to size of test specimen.
The drip box is for IPX1 and IPX2 testing, the drip board size is 800*800mm, and the aperture of nozzle is Φ0.4mm, distant of drip nozzle is 20mm, sample can be over 50kg. Adopts floor-stand structure and equip with 4 casters to make the equipment can move freely.
The IPX1 waterproof testing equipment request the dripping water (vertically falling drops) shall have no harmful effect. Test duration: 10 minutes, equivalent to 1 mm / minute.
The IPX2 waterproof testing equipment request Vertically dripping water shall have no harmful effect when the enclosure is tilted at an angle up to 15° from its normal position. Test duration: 10 minutes (2.5min in each of 4 fixed positions of tilt). Water equivalent to 3 mm/minute.

● Adopts floor-stand structure, which can be fixed on floor and runs stability. Easy to pack and install.
● The frame is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, and the turntable is made of SUS304# stainless steel to ensure that it will not rust for a long time.
● Rain drip board: adopts vacuum design and is made of high anti-rust stainless steel material.
● Rain drip board lift: use high-quality electric hoist to control rain drip board, which rises and falls gently. And it will auto stop at the position of 200mm upper of the test specimen.
● It has the function of air-drying with compressed air. After the test is completed, the excess water in the drip box can be drained out to avoid long-term accumulation of water and scaling and clogging of pinholes ( air compressor is prepared by user).
● The turntable uses a stepping motor, and the speed can be set on the touch screen, which can reach the speed required by the IPX1 standard: 1r/min, it can automatically complete the IPX2 test requirements: 4 positions respectively drip 2.5min.
● The sample power socket (AC220, 10A) is installed on the turntable, and the power on and off time of the sample power can be controlled by the program: power off (0-999min)-power on (0-999min)-power off (0-999min), it is applied to do live test.
● Equip with flowmeter, can accurately manual adjust the flowmeter.
● The cone-sharp nozzles are made by brass, and easy to change. The stainless steel protective cover under the nozzles can protect user from any hurts.
● Equip with high accuracy filter, the filter element can change regularly.
● Control system: 7 inch touch screen+ Panosonic PLC.
● With intelligent operation interface, the user can directly select the test level, and the system will automatically perform the test according to standard conditions.
